Spreading Awareness, One Post at a Time
At Connect2Health, we use the power of social media to bring life-saving health education and equity-driven resources directly to the communities that need them most. From Instagram to LinkedIn, we share easy-to-understand, bilingual content focused on preventive care, public health education, and access to services—including our latest campaign for Alcohol Awareness Month.
In April, we launched a comprehensive resource on Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD) to help individuals and families recognize the signs of alcohol misuse, overcome stigma, and access care. The downloadable toolkit includes national support links, moderation tips, and information tailored for youth, families, and caregivers.
By amplifying awareness across platforms, we’re bridging the information gap and empowering underserved communities with knowledge, dignity, and a path to healing. Follow, share, and support our mission to make healthcare accessible—one post at a time.
