Connect2Health Fundraiser is a wellness foundation that receives funding to support various aspects of our efforts by breaking down barriers to essential healthcare access for underserved communities, ensuring that health equity is a reality through free or low-cost mobile health units, and community health clinics, wellness kits, food support, and educational resources, empowering individuals and families to lead healthier, more hopeful lives. We accept donations from individuals and businesses; all donations are tax-deductible and all donors receive a 501(c)(3) donation receipt for your tax filings.

Donations are primarily accepted online through our donation form.

If you’d like to contribute with a check for $150, please include all the information requested on our donation form.We also accept check donations and can provide a receipt via email.
